Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

Article 3 – Product Information
The product(s) ordered by the Buyer, including names, quantities, unit prices, and total amount, are specified in the order form. This form is an integral part of this agreement.

Article 4 – Date and Validity of the Agreement
This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.

Article 5 – Delivery and Method
5.1. All products are made to order. Production time is 7–10 business days from the date the order is received.
5.2. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order.
5.3. Domestic (within Turkey) shipping is free of charge. For international shipments, shipping fees and delivery conditions will be communicated separately.
5.4. Deliveries are made through a contracted courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company.

Article 6 – Payment
The Buyer completes the full payment during the order process via one of the payment methods provided on the website.
Production begins after payment is confirmed.
Partial payments, cash on delivery, or post-payment options are not available.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification.
7.2. However, personalized products (custom sizes, colors, names, etc.) are not eligible for withdrawal.
7.3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
7.4. In case of manufacturing defects, the product can be returned or exchanged free of charge.

Article 8 – Taxes, Customs and Legal Obligations
8.1. For domestic sales, VAT is included in the product prices.
8.2. For international sales, VAT, customs duties, and any other local taxes are not included in the product price. All additional taxes and customs charges incurred abroad are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
The parties are not liable for any failure to perform their obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, government decisions, or transportation disruptions.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

Article 11 – Enforcement
By electronically approving this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions herein. The agreement becomes effective as of the date of approval.
