Production & Preparation Time
Once your order is confirmed, our production process begins.
All products are carefully crafted and shipped within 7–10 business days.
During public holidays, peak seasons, or exceptional circumstances, production time may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (within Turkey)
– Shipping is free of charge for all orders within Turkey.
– Once your item is shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
– You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
– We offer international shipping.
– Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
– International shipping costs and delivery details will be shared with the customer during or after the order process.
– Please note that product prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or other local taxes for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary based on local regulations.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
– If your package arrives damaged, please ask the delivery person to prepare a damage report with you at the time of delivery.
– For any issues noticed after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours.
– In case of manufacturing defects, our return and exchange policy applies.
